Rev. Joseph Famuyide

is a dynamic, vision driven and goals oriented man of God. He is a great speaker with the Word. He is a teacher, encourager and a great leader who believes that everyone God created has something to offer to humanity. He believes that his goal in life is to help people discover their assignment on earth through the Word. He is known for his believe that “If you can PRAY, you will WIN”.

Called to the ministry in 2000 as a pioneer to start a church in Brooklyn, New York, Rev. Famuyide has helped in growing three churches. He is very passionate about helping others develop their full potential. Through his ministry at the Citadel of God Almighty, many have discovered their God given talents. Through the help of God, Rev. Famuyide has helped develop COGA Cathedral where people of all racial and ethnic groups worship God in a loving and caring atmosphere.

Rev. Famuyide was born and raised in Nigeria.  He is an Attorney by profession and has a Law Firm in New York. He was first admitted to the Bar in Nigeria in 1989 and was admitted to the New York Bar in 1996. He sees his legal practice as a ministry. He has helped over 20,000 immigrants secure legal status in the United States. He is also the publisher of the U.S Immigration News. He is the National Attorney of Christ Apostolic Church WOSEM, the ministry where he serves.  

Rev. Joseph Famuyide serves God as the Pastor of COGA Cathedral with his wife Deborah. They are blessed with four children, David, Mary, Peter and Abigail.
